Celebrity Terrorist Endorsements

I keep seeing celebrities piping up with their political opinions, as if we care, as if they should express themselves on something they don’t know. One, in particular, played “Louise,” in “Thelma and Louise.” I will refer to her as Louise in this post, for reasons that will become clear very soon.

She very recently attended pro-Palestinian rallies, and said this, “There are a lot of people afraid of being Jewish at this time, and are getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country.”

She is 77 years old, and coming to the end of her career. That’s a shame, as it would be wonderful to see her career go off a cliff at the onset! (If you don’t get that joke, see the movie, it is available to stream on multiple platforms.) Even though she has played many roles, won the Oscar, etc., in this movie her character is listed second.

In addition to the aforementioned elderly actress, one of the leading actresses in the Scream franchise just imploded her career, as well. She apparently used Instagram to let her pro-Palestinian feelings be known.

I won’t list more of these misguided celebrities, because they don’t deserve more attention. Perhaps they would be more sympathetic to Israel and the murdered civilians if they had family/friends there. Though Louise does not feel anything for the Israelis that were murdered, you would think she would feel something for those who were raped, especially since she is a woman.

I know that I feel for rape victims. When I was in nursing school, one of my Chemistry professors sexually harassed me. He did a lot of brush-byes, and marked my work as wrong so he could get me alone. This son of a bitch said having dinner with him would help my grades. He wanted to give me private “tutoring!” My fiancee’s dad was a Chem teacher who did tutor me.

(My fiancee was out of the country during this time. When he learned about it when he was home, he wanted to have a “chat” with my professor. I told him no, because I was afraid my fiancee would have beaten the professor to death.) Remember that this happened years ago, before the change in views on sexual harassment. I would have been seen as someone who wanted a better, undeserved grade.

Also important is that this is nothing compared to what the rape and murder victims endured. That’s why Hollywood celebrities who come out strongly on harassment of actresses but are silent about the 10/7 Hamas attack disgust me with their hypocrisy. The same goes for the Idiot Squad, nothing to say about 10/7. The bottom line is that there wouldn’t be a problem in Gaza for them to whine about if the Gazans had a non terrorist government.
