How Crazy is this???

A state Superior Court judge ruled late Friday that three New Jersey school districts may not enforce their controversial new policies regarding transgender students and the notification rights of their parents. The new policies would have required schools to notify parents if a child changes gender identity or expression, but drew a civil rights complaint from the NJ state administration, which claimed the amended policy would be discriminatory. The judge’s decision is a temporary block.

I don’t get this!! When my child attended school, I had to sign and submit forms from his pediatrician if he were to be given Tylen0l^R!! Now, if this goes through, a child would be able to change his gender identity or expression without the parents’ knowledge! Oh, yeah, that makes sense!!
